Story No 1 : Traveling to Chung Cheongbuk-do, Korea

Bloggie, I have a very surprise news for this year! I was chosen one of six candidates as an Exchange Teacher to Korea for 3 months experience!!!! So luar biasa for me! I am not trying to boasting about this but I think it is worth it for trying again. I am so grateful and I wanted to grab this chance for myself and gaining experience in different place. Not because I do not like to teach my school but I am trying to find something that can vary my teaching method.

For reader whom reading my blog, thank you for reading and I hope this moderate-sharing information can help you somewhere when you need it.

Ok, lets start what is actually happen to me. Well, I already informed very well about a month ago from our MOE Officer  that I will posted with my partner, Ms Thaneswary Arumugam in Chung Cheong Buk-Do.

First thing that plays in my mind is trying to search information from the internet. Tapi, information about Chung Cheong Buk-Do tak banyak sangat and tak dapat nak imagine how the area look like. My officer said, it is a rural area. Ok, so I set my mind memang itulah keadaan and memang conform berdekatan dengan kawasan pertanian. Tak fikir lebih. When I was searching in the Youtube, it was kind a  very fascinating place for fishing or picnic. There were a lot of temples too.

So, lepas habis dari program APCEIU di Seoul, we bertiga termasuk mentor teacher, berlari sambil menarik 3 giant beg lugage. Imagine kami menarik 3 beg besar????! haha, memang gerenti boleh putus urat! Kami turun naik lift, tarik sana sini, naik keretapi (KORAIL) dari Mugunghwa ke Yeongdong. 3 Jam dalam keretapi. Lepas tu 20 minit naik kereta Merz ke rumah. Sampai di rumah, dengan tawa penuh kelucuan, kami decided.... we don't wanna go out for a month wakaka

They are very friendly and helpful people. The principle also lucu at the same time. Apa yang lucu?? Memandangkan partner saya tak tahu bahasa Korea, so principal tu minta kami panggil dia Oppa. Saya kelucuan tapi my partner dengan yakin  sebut Oppa. Semua ketawa riang. Nasib ada belajar sikit from drama korea. Sandii haha

So, wanna drop pictures of my posted area :
Kampung : Hwang-gan
Daerah : Yeong-Dong
Bahagian : Chung Cheong Buk-Do
Negara: Korea Selatan
Sekolah : Maegok Elementary School
Kawasan : Rural, downtown, Ladang dan pengeluar, Concord grapes, banyak sawah padi

We were living in 2nd floor which is our mentor teacher's in law's house. So, you guys can see the bottles were tersusun. We think that is her father in law's hobby. But I like it because I can experience living in both modern-tradisional living. So, I am so grateful because this is not what actually I am expected. We were welcomed very warm from our mentor teacher and I can feel the warm welcoming she did to us. Well, I will keep blogging to drop you an interesting story to share. So, bye for now :)
