Buat Kimbap-Juseyo Ala Mahasiswa!

I could remember the food that is popular among Korea and Japan but here in Malaysia, this is not the prior one. Last year, I discovered on how to do kimbap or sushi roll that I love to see the uniqueness and it is *yeppoda (pretty) too. I'm very excited when I saw many pictures refer to this kind of food and I have tried and...I succeed on how rolling the ingredient!^^ Plus it is *jjongmall mashta (really delicious)!! Daebak!! I have tried about 4 times and at the end of the time of fourth, I made it and I felt confidence. I will do this again but I have left the roller at my home so I guess I have to buy the bamboo roller at 100yen market againT_T (It cost about RM 5). During holiday (Nov~Dec 2010), I never miss to do this Kimbap. My mom actually didn't like Japanese + Korean dishes because she said they were pretty weird in preparing food. I admit that but I think that is creative and I'm not getting bored during holiday because I made this such a great activity!^^ However, my mom tried it but only ONCE and then she caught by the delicious taste of my kimbap/sushi roll!! She addicted with my Japanese+Korean dishes and then she tell me it's very good meal when you are working. Haha, I don't mind that by the way I love to do that dishes. I will explore Japanese+Korean+Chinese dishes and try! Love to try! Even baking cake like bakery shop too I have tried but not perfect but I'll discover it!!Kkajja!

Okay, let me tell you guys the ingredients that I used to use in preparing kimbap/sushi roll : .:: This is my final try on doing rolling^^ ::.
.:: This is my second try....a bit messy isn't it? ::.

Ingredients :
Ajitsuke Nori* (Seaweed)
Rice ( Actually the original is you have to use Japanese rice but I use the Sitapuk rice)
A bit vinegar
Salt
Tuna, fishcake, crabby(fried them), carrot and cucumber

From those ingredients experience that I have done, I like tuna sushi roll!!When all the ingredients especially tuna, fishcake and crabby got fried, it's not called as Japanese/Korean cuisine but it turn to Kadazanese Paraii Roll hehehe Just kidding, but the filling is already different so why don't I named it?^^ Ok, there will be a next post in this day, hope you guys can read more about my creative thing and apply it in your daily life activity^^ Jalgayoo^^
